Tranmere v Swansea - Match Preview |
Thankfully, trips on the road are proving to be more productive than home games so far this season with 4 wins and a draw the positive production from the last six league trips this season. A three point return tomorrow and the Swans will be right back in the mix as they prepare for three home games in the four that will follow Tranmere. For their part, the hosts are having a season very similar to the Swans and will be only too aware that a win will put them above us as the season extends into it's second third for the Swans. Roberto must decide whether he wants to make changes within his starting line up with several players - Andy Robinson and Guillem Bauza included pushing hard for a start. Owain Tudur Jones will seemingly miss out through injury but apart from that its pretty much a full squad that Roberto has to choose from although I suspect we will see a line up very similar to this Doris Rangel Monk Lawrence Austin/Painter Anderson Pratley Bodde Butler/Robbo Scotland Duffy Tranmere will hand a debut to on-loan winger Jennison Myrie-Williams, but defender Carl Tremarco begins a three-match suspension. Shane Sherriff and Craig Curran are available after both completed one-match bans last weekend. Prediction wise for this game I really can't see beyond a draw - maybe 1-1 on this occasion which, on the fact of it is always a decent return from the land of Scouse. Who are we....?
