It was perhaps fitting that Olly Lancashire's 94th minute winner against Northampton would ultimately lead to a 2nd Round match against his former side Aldershot Town.
Aldershot won their replay against Pompey last night with a late winner of their own to take them into the 2nd Round of the FA Cup. It continued a dismal FA Cup run for Pompey who haven't won an FA Cup game since the semi final in 2010.
The game has been moved to a Sunday at the request of the BBC.
