Lee Holmes aims to be Pompey's biomechanical man.
Explaining how he has overcome injury problems, the on-loan winger told the BBC: 'I've got an unbelievable guy in Nottingham who has helped me sort my core out and put a few things to bed. He has got me into a position where I am confident with my body.
'He's a biomechanics guy so he pretty much looks at everything.
'Since I met him he has looked at everything on me and sorted me out, so I'm thankful he's been able to do that. For the last two-and-a-half years, I've been in good form.'
Holmes made 43 appearances for Southampton while his time at Preston gave him 75 appearances. He made his Blues debut as a sub at Tranmere on Saturday.
