In the green corner, Michael O'Leary, Ryanair Chief Exec who's latest money spinning notion is to cram 50% more passengers on his airlines by replacing traditional plane seats with erm "barstools" - it was in the Sun so it must be true.
In the gold corner, another Irishman, another O'Leary (no relation presumably) and ex-Leeds boss David has been at it again! Today in Four Four Two magazine he reveals he is not hungry for a new job, but he would become Assistant to either Ferguson or Arsene Wenger.
“The only people who could take me as a number two would be an Alex Ferguson or an Arsene Wenger and I'd be back tomorrow." O'Leary said.
Just a few days ago, he was yearning for a return to ER, surely what few fans share his dream will be wondering why they bothered after his desperation in wanting to join Fergies "evil empire".
Arsenal would hardly roll out the welcome mats for their prodigal son. I remember reading they can't stand him these days after the high profile bust-up with Robert Pires in 2000.
O'Leary even said that Fabio Capello keeps asking him when is he coming back to work after three-years in the wilderness.
It all mirror's the passage in his book "Leeds United on trial", when he claimed that on a visit to the Stadio Olympico in Rome, Lazio's fans were calling him "Maestro O'Leary".
