Jess Williams got the Swans back in front after the break, powering home a header from a great delivery by Katy Hosford, before Katie Sharp put the ball into her own net 16 minutes later to make it 3-1.
Rosie Hughes pulled back what would prove to be consolation goal for the hosts as she headed home from a corner, but couldnât stop Swans maintaining their unbeaten start to the season.
Sherwood felt his side gave him the response that he had asked for following their draw against Barry Town United Women, and was delighted with the problems his side caused the Wrexham defence.
âItâs a massive three points, we asked for a reaction from last week and I think weâve seen that,â he said.
âWeâve got goals on the board, created opportunities and should probably have taken more of them to make the scoreline easier on the heart for Swansea fans. But itâs positive, Iâm over the moon and the girls should be really proud.
âWe stuck to our identity and the way we want to play football, weâve come to a tough ground and played some really nice football in tough conditions against a tough team.
âI wouldnât call it a bounce back, I would say it was a continuation of what we did, we didnât do anything different to last week, we just took our chances and scored goals.
âWe caused the opposition difficulties in their box, which we didnât do last week, we got across defenders and attacked the ball and it was really nice to see the girls get what they deserve.
âIn the 95th minute weâve got players running hard to recover the ball so we are really proud of every single player.
âWe showed that resilience and itâs really pleasing to come to a ground steeped with history and score three goals on our travels, thatâs an amazing thing to do.â
This led to one of Norwich Cityâs goals. Thatâs the byline.
Norwich took the lead moments later though, as Sargent was played through and was denied by Zetterström, but the follow-up was tucked away by Sainz to give the visitors a goal advantage - despite calls that the ball had gone beyond the by-line before Sargentâs cross.
