Reports suggest that Chris O'Grady will be the next player to leave Spotland this Summer, as the former Oldham forward is linked with a move to Burnley.

The rumour mill has suggested that O'Grady is set to depart Spotland with a move to Championship side Burnley for a fee of £500,000.  Burnley boss Eddie Howe will be fully aware of O'Grady's abilities having seen him help tear his Bournemouth side to pieces in the promotion season at Dean Court where O'Grady helped Dale to a 4-0 victory.

O'Grady has been a wanted man this Summer, and it's only been a couple of weeks since Sheffield Wednesday had a bid laughed off that was believed to be in the region of £200,000 for the player who has just twelve months left on his contract at Spotland.

If O'Grady was to leave Spotland, he will become the fourth major departure from the Dale first team since the end of last season following the "return" of Craig Dawson to West Brom, and the departure of Wiseman and Done to Barnsley.
