It's Home First

Swansea City have been drawn to play the first leg of their LDV Vans Southern Area Final against Colchester at home after the draw at League headquarters this morning.

After last night's 6-5 penalty win over Walsall at White Rock, the Swans will face League One leaders Colchester over 2 legs with the home game on 21st Feb and the away leg two weeks later on 7th March.

Ticket details for both games have yet to be confirmed. The winners of the tie will face the winners of the Northern Final - Carlisle or Macclesfield - at the Millennium Stadium, Cardiff on Sunday April 2nd. Mark the dates in your diary fr the first two at least!

The Swans have already won at Colchester this season - 2-1 in their first away trip of the season (report) whilst an entertaining game at White Rock just before Christmas saw the sides share 2 goals (report)
