"You Know Jase Will Score Goals In This League"

Swansea City come face to face with former striker Jason Scotland at Ipswich tomorrow

Scotland won't be the only former striker in opposition though after Ipswich completed the signing of Rory Fallon from Plymouth last week.

And vice captain Alan Tate knows what to expect from two of his former team mates

"I don't think he ever got the credit he deserved when he was here," he told the Evening Post.

"But his record speaks for itself — 50-odd goals in two years. We would take that now, wouldn't we?

"Some of the fans never really seemed to take to him, but that can happen.

"Fans take to some players and don't to others.

"It didn't really go well for him at Wigan, but he has got a few goals already for Ipswich and that's no surprise.

"You know Jase will score goals in this league."

And he was equally as praising of Fallon when he added "He is a handful

"Maybe things have not gone so well for Plymouth in the last couple of years and that has made life harder for Rory.

"But he is a good player. He is big and strong and he's good at what he does, so he will be another threat."

And one Swansea will have to smother if they are to continue a proud run of avoiding back-to-back defeats which stretches back to May 2009.

"If we want to challenge, we can't be losing two games in a row,"
