Leeds set to miss out on another "target"?
Saturday, 25th May 2013 17:21

Despite reported interest in that Big Georgian defender who opted to stay in Turkey midweek (don't ask me to spell his name!) Leeds are set to miss out on another supposed target Motherwell winger Chris Humphrey who is reportedly interesting Rangers new co. However, fear not folks, apparently Humphrey's was never top of Brian McDermott's list anyway!

It maybe just all be speculation that a player is on the list and more speculation how high or low on that list he might be, but Motherwell winger Chris Humphrey's who was mentioned in dispatches a couple of weeks ago has since been targeted by Scottish Third Division Champions Rangers new co.

Humphrey's is a Jamaican international, 25, so he may well be known to Rodolph Austin however Humphrey's will not take part in the Reggae Boyz summer matches unlike Rudy, so maybe he is not that good after all? He was also one West Brom trainee and plodding the flanks of a ridiculously poor Scottish Premier may not even be enough quality or experience to even move above Ryan Hall in the pecking order.

On the subject of West Brom, Jerome Thomas was freed by them last week and personally I'd like to see us try and bring him back to Elland Road. The 30-year-old came to us at the turn of the year.

However the latest speculation concerns another 30 year old in Noel Hunt who also is, you've guessed it available on a free from Reading!
