Tuesday, 22nd Mar 2016 22:03 by LFW

This week’s Open All R’s Podcast looked in detail at the out of contract players in the QPR squad, and the performance of the club’s CEO and director of football this season.

As well as chat about the farce at Preston on Saturday, and last week’s fans forum, host David Fraser along with Paul Finney, Steve Sayce and Clive Whittingham rattled through issues from financial fair play to the new stadium proposals.

Personally, I've no problem with Karl Henry. He'll never be my favourite player, and i certainly wouldn't ever play with two men holding, but I think he's ok in that position, I think his role is misunderstood by many. If he'll take a short contract on reasonable money, I don't mind if he stays. I'd be interested to see Doughty given an opportunity, though. Now seems like the perfect time for that. He's rippin' it up at swindon. As is Harriman.

The problem with Luongo, I really like him, but he seems unable really to play at '10', because he's not really an attacking midfielder, he admitted that himself, certainly not likely to score. Yet it doesn't seem like he and Ali are going to be picked together as a central two, they're just not mobile enough. It seems like they aren't sure where exactly to use him. At the moment, our best two central midfielders would be him and Ali for me, but how do you get them both in the team?

Hoilett , seems obvious that one. If Junior will take a new contract for reasonable money, we sign him up. If he won't, we don't. He doesn't need to be playing for a contract, there'll be plenty of clubs out to get him. He's already staggeringly wealthy and he'll be going on a free so can demand a big salary wherever he goes. So I hope we keep him, but no chance imo.

And I just don't agree with this 'club has treated Rob Green badly' stuff.

Ok, yeah, when they signed Cesar, but that was because Rob Green let in every shot in the pre season.

This time around, the multi-millionaire had the choice to leave and play with another club for a still considerable amount of money, or stay at QPR, not play and pick up around 8000 quid each day. He chose the latter. How the fcuk is that QPR's fault? Their only fault was paying a mediocre keeper that much for that long to begin with.
