TVOS: Rochdale v Walsall
Tuesday, 22nd Nov 2016 09:00

Rochdale AFC’s matchday programme — The Voice of Spotland — is back for Tuesday’s League One fixture against Walsall.

The programme is once again a 76-page issue containing plenty of reading to keep fans entertained and informed before, during and after the match.

We start with a lifestyle front cover image of defender Keith Keane, who is the subject of the programme’s Q&A feature, in which he reveals what was the first car he bought.

We also have an interview with former Dale and Walsall striker Steve Elliott, while supporter Dylan Peacock explains what the clocks going back means to supporters living in the Middle East.

Scrutator looks at the issue of safe standing at grounds and in ‘Through The Years’ we recall a televised cup tie that Dale lost on penalties.

Action photos appear from the games against Notts County, Charlton and Southend, while ‘Traveller’s Tales’ reports on the trip to Coventry.

There is the usual taxing half-time quiz to test your Dale knowledge and in ‘Colour Confusion’, a game at Walsall in which Dale sported FIVE different colours is remembered.

Visitors Walsall get nine pages of coverage, which includes five thoughts that pop into our minds whenever Dale take on The Saddlers.

All this and much, much more will be in Tuesday’s The Voice of Spotland, on sale in the Club Shop and around the ground, priced £3.00.
