The pressure had been mounting on Paul Jewell for a while and the discussion was growing about whether or not he was the right man to lead Derby in the future.

So it was only natural that we asked the question about whether you thought he should get the sack. It quickly became clear that most Rams fans didn't think that would be the right decision even though he had yet to win a league match at that point.

Now the Rams have gone five matches without defeat and things are looking much better for both the club and Paul Jewell. The final result ended with 2 out of 3 saying he shouldn't get the sack. The pressure is definitely off Paul Jewell for now.

Paul Jewell brought in more than a dozen new players during the summer break. Some of them have settled in the starting eleven, while others haven't played yet.

Now we ask who of the new signings has impressed you the most? Green, Commons and Albrechtsen have all been named Man of the Match twice so far this season from RamZoner's own player ratings. Barazite, on loan from Arsenal, has shown skills that perhaps none of the other in the team have while Hulse's work rate can never be underestimated in the contribution to the team.
