Atkinson joins Bantams
Former loanee Will Atkinson has joined Bradford City on loan until the end of the season.
Atkinson had two spells with Dale, one in the promotion season and another last year in League One, but he has not been able to make the breakthrough in the first team of his parent club Hull City and he hasn't played for the Tigers since the Autumn of 2010.
Since then he has had spells on loan at Rotherham, Dale and Plymouth Argyle, and he added Bradford City to that list this week when he joined the Bantams until the end of 2011-12. In doing so, he will join up with former Dale defender Simon Ramsden, and former Dale boss Steve Parkin who is assistant manager at Valley Parade.
