Swans Take On Reggae Boyz In Pre-Season Friendly

The game against the Reggae Boyz will be only the second home friendly following on from the game against Bury which takes place on July 31.
As well as these games, the club also have away games arranged at Aberystwyth (July 18) Newport (23rd) Tiverton (27th) Port Talbot (2nd August) and Pontypridd (7th)
A big crowd is expected for the game, Jamaica have a lot of British based supporters and are still in with a shout of qualifying for next year's World Cup Finals. Two years ago, they took on Wales at Ninian Park.
Walter Boyd is unlikely to feature for a return to the Vetch after he went AWOL for their recent World Cup Qualifier.
Meanwhile, new Swansea owner Mike Lewis will take fans' phone calls on Monday night as part of a special edition of Swansea Sound's phone-in 'Swansea Till I Die' Wyn Evans will, as usual host the show, and fans are encouraged to phone in their questions on 01792 893031. An announcement is expected from the Vetch on Monday with regards the future of the club and potential new owners so it could make for an interesting show.

Annual accounts show that the club will have to sell players if we don't go up
The club released the annual accounts for the 2022/3 season this week, and despite the headline figure of an overall loss of £33.7 million, we’re not in danger of any points deduction for now. But the accumulated losses mean that player sales will be inevitable in the summer if we remain in the Championship.
