Swansea City are offering the chance for up to 1000 fans to have their name (or suitable nickname) included in the away shirt material for next season for, what they describe, as a celebration of the last season at the Vetch.

The first 1000 people who apply will have their name incorporated into the away strip for next season before it reverts to the plain shirt the season afterwards. The cost of taking part in this scheme is £25.00 per person and names can be a maximum of 20 characters long.

Fans interested in taking part in this scheme need to complete the application form that was included in yesterday's programme and send with their cheque for £25.00 to the club shop. Begoni have pointed out that they cannot guarantee that every name will appear on the smaller sized shirts although if shirts are pre-ordered (£10 deposit) then they do guarantee that your name will appear on your shirt - you just then have the joy of trying to find it - have a magnifying glass ready!!

They do expect that first shirt sixes 28-33 and above every name is expected to be in the material.

Costs of the shirts themselves will be £30 for a child, £36 for a youth and £40 for an adult.
