Saints Trust Announce New Matchday HQ

The Saints Trust have announced their new matchday HQ.

The upstairs bar at the King Alfred is the new home of the Saints Trust on matchdays, accessible by its own entrance at the side of the pub, its the perfect home for the Trust only a short walk from the stadium.

The bar will have a comprehensive range of drinks available on draught, including Fosters, John Smiths, Kronebourg 1664, Guiness and Cider all at the one price of £2.50 per pint, plus regular drinks promotions on a match to match basis.

The bar is a shrine to Saints with pictures on the wall from past and present and its hoped that it will soon be customised by the Trust and its members, Sky TV is also available as will be food.

The bar will be for the exclusive use of Saints Trust members although guests will be able to be signed in for only £1 (refundable if membership is taken out) Unlike the previous venue at the Solent University, the bar will also be open after the game.

Its hoped that with its friendly and relaxed atmosphere it will offer Saints Trust members the ideal place to come and talk football before and after the match and also to get more involved with the Trust and make it truly the community organisation that it should be.

The first night will be this coming Friday for the visit of Celtic and then every home game including the friendlies against West Ham  & Stoke City.

Those Saints Trust members swho have recently renewed are asked to come along, not only to see the new HQ but also to pick up their new membership cards, which will entitle them to a range of benefits at various retailers across the City.

Also welcome are prospective new members who can join on the day.
