Swans Set To Sign Aldershot Man
Swansea are set to seal a deal for Aldershot midfielder Scott Donnelly, according to Sky Sports
Donnelly netted an impressive 14 goals for the Shots last campaign and is out of contract, but Paulo Sousa's side would have to agree a fee for his services as he is under the age of 24.
Swansea have been keen to strengthen midfield following the exit of Leon Britton and the signing of Donnelly would prove a timely boost.
It's understood that the 23 year old is undergoing a medical at the Liberty Stadium ahead of completing a move.
Shots manager Kevin Dillon said last week: "I'm really pleased for Scotty. There's a move imminent but it's not public yet. "He could have packed it in when he knew he wasn't signing.
"He goes with a pat on the back and the club he's going to is great. Some people will be surprised where he's going but he deserves it and it will improve his career."
