Leroy Lita has vowed to be a success at Swansea after his switch from Middlesbrough
The £1.75m striker told the Western Mail “To finally be here is a great feeling and I can’t wait to get started,
“I have been waiting for this chance for a while. We have a great squad and we can push on this year and surprise a few people.
“It is a new challenge and the club deserves to be in the Premier League,” he said.
“Swansea played the best football outside of the Premier League for a number of years.
“It is one of the fixtures players don’t like because you are not going to see the ball, especially as a striker because you just seem to be chasing.
“But we have got to prove ourselves all over again, and that includes myself.
“Everybody will stick together and we will have a real go this year for the club and fans.
“Let’s hope we can really push on.”
