Grimes in Cheltenham link
Recently released Dale striker Ashley Grimes is expected to sign for fellow League Two side Cheltenham Town.
The marmite striker left Spotland at the end of the 2012-13 season after a two year spell that saw him score twenty two goals. It was a spell that saw opinions divided on the Salford born striker, with few doubting his natural ability. However, questions work rate and temperament were issues throughout his time at the club.
It was reported that he had agreed terms with Cheltenham on Wednesday and would be joining the Robins for their first day of preseason on Thursday.
