Hendo nets in Chester victory
A late Ian Henderson goal was enough to give Dale both the first goal and victory of the preseason campaign in a 1-0 victory over Chester FC.
The Deva Stadium proved to be a happy hunting ground yet again, as for the fifth visit in succession, we came away with a victory.
It was a two team display by Dale with a full swap round at half time, just like it was a Fylde two days earlier. The two line ups were:
First half: Lillis, Rafferty, Lund, BBM, Rose, Kisimba, Camps, McDermott, Hooper, Hasler-Cregg, Alessandra
Second half: Diba, Cannon, Lancashire, Kennedy, Tanser, Allen, Noble-Lazarus, Andrew, Bunney, Vincenti, Henderson
The next pre season game will be a trip to Macclesfield Town on Saturday.
