Davison Positive After Op Success
Aidan Davison is hopefully of a return to action soon after a successful operation on his shoulder on Friday.
Davison has been out of action since October and had an exploratory operation on his shoulder after two previous scans had failed to find the cause of the injury.
He told the club’s website: "The surgeon found that there was a tear in the muscle and a slight issue with a piece of bone in the joint.
"The piece of bone was shaved and the tear repaired so I should be as good as new... well, back to normal as least.
"I am optimistic that the problem is sorted out and as soon as I am given the green light, I will be back on the field. There's no exact time frame we are working to but I am hoping to be back in action in a few weeks."
