When you look at this West Ham team they are strong all over the park. A point against them was a good result.

Exactly. Certain posters on here said we should be beating them. Yeah right. West Ham are brilliant this year and beating Liverpool 3 1.

Although their fans didn't like the move to the new stadium, it has taken their club to the next level. There are 1 or 2 exceptions but generally speaking, big stadium = big club. At Upton Park, they were never going to be more than a medium-sized club. Now, they could be one of the latest big four, moving ahead of the likes of Arsenal, Spurs and even Man United. The potential is there now they can pull in 60.000 crowds.

Completely agree Bicester. West Ham are very good team so far this season and yet the day we played them we nullified them as a threat.

Trent had an amazing view of Zouma's header for the 3rd goal, probably best in the house, stood 2 behind watching, thought he may have applauded it.
Mane trying to mark Zouma who's about 2 foot taller, what's that all about?

Defend properly ffs

Aren't they going to increase capacity to actually be biggest ground in London?

They're increasing it to 62,500. For most of their history, when they were at Upton Park, they averaged less than half that. Even as recently as 2004, we had a bigger average home gate than they did.

Whatever they do to it, it will still be an athletic stadium in a soulless, desolate, wasteland. Bloody awful.

It was rocking today. It's very similar to the Maracana Stadium in Rio. I've been to both of them. They were never going to be a big club at Upton Park.

His “they noticed Jarrod Bowen is quite small” comment took punditry to another level today.

Klopp critical of Ref for 1st goal and Cresswell challenge on Henderson, but obviously didn't see Jota's elbow.
Don't suppose he'll be summoned to get a bolloxing and £20000 fine ...... again. WAC

Not the fact that he did fook all to attack the ball as it was passed sideways from the free kick but in fact took a step back toards his own goal!

West Ham really have been transformed by that move to a big stadium. "The atmosphere in here is incredible!" Big stadium = big club
