Having been beaten by Peterborough 3-1 at the weekend. it's Championship opposition next, as we take on Charlton Athletic in a repeat of our 2005 FA Cup clash.

The game takes place on Tuesday night with a kick off at 7pm. The venue is described as being Benahavis which is apparently host to one of the best quality pitches in Southern Spain - so there should be no problems like we had at the weekend with the suitability of the surface.

Charlton flew out to Spain on Monday, and like ourselves were due to play the Iranian national side until the Middle East side pulled out due to political reasons. They are to have a further game later this week against Gibralter.

Whilst googling for a picture of Alan Pardew, I came across this rather bizarre website which has been dedicated to the Charlton manager, with some somewhat odd poems halfway down the page.
