Luton Town away in FA Cup
Luton Town away in FA Cup
Wednesday, 28th Oct 2009 08:02

Dale have been drawn away in the FA Cup for the fourth successive time under Keith Hill with a draw away at Blue Square side Luton Town.

The game is scheduled to take place on Saturday 7th November at Luton's Kenilworth Road ground. No details on admission prices have been released yet as discussions take place between the two sides.

Luton, despite having no manager at this moment in time, are doing very well in the Blue Square Premier this season, and look set for a decent push to return to League Football. Gates have held well despite last season's relegation and they remain in fifth place.

This is the second time in recent years that the two teams have been drawn as FA Cup opponents. The last Cup meeting was back in 2003-4, with the Hatters running out 2-0 winners. That game was best remembered for Simpkinsgate.
