It's the moment you've all been waiting for folks…issue 3 of 'A Touch Far Vetched!' will be unleashed tomorrow, once again raising funds for Youth Development within Swansea City Football Club.
It's been a long time coming, too long to be honest, but issue 3 is literally hot off the press and will be available from tomorrow. Volunteer sellers will be out and about in the pubs and outside the ground before tomorrow's match against Chesterfield at White Rock, all eager to supply you with a copy of the best read in town.
Designated sales points are as follows:-
The bridge between the stadium and the retail park Outside Franky & Bennys The crossing outside Rossis The barrier leading to the North Stand As many pubs as we can get round
We are still looking at securing permission to sell on stadium land but for the time being this is prohibited.
You can still order online at www.atfv.co.uk but this facility will only be available after the weekend as there currently an issue with the paypal facility. This is being worked on and should be resolved by Monday at the latest.
The 'ATFV' team has worked hard over the last few months to develop the publication; you'll notice a change in the design for starters and a different printing firm has taken over production, resulting in an even higher quality finish that more than certainly rivals the official match day programme.
Highlights in this issue include:-
The Price of Success by Kevin Mahoney For and Against…Big Money Summer Signings by Jobby and Mr Cude There is no Second Best in Jackett by Phil Sumbler Time of the Hero by Gareth Phillips
There's the usual trivia and competitions as well as a Ladies Page by Terri 'Tequila Worm' Nicholls. All of this and more for just one shiny pound coin.
'A Touch Far Vetched!' has raised more than £800 for Youth Development so far, thanks to your support. Please carry on buying and reading - your contribution does make a difference.
