Swansea City opened their pre-season campaign with a 5-2 win in Sweden against FK Ostersunds.
Wing Paul Anderson, 19 this month and on a season-long loan from Liverpool, grabbed a brace after half-time.
Darren Pratley, Ferrie Bodde and Darryl Duffy, picking up as a permanent Swan from where he left off as a loanee, gave the Swans a 3-1 lead at the break.
But Kevin Amankwaah, Kristian O'Leary, Alan Tate and Jason Scotland all sat out after picking up training knocks.
The friendly, which marked the opening of the Swedish lower league side's new stadium, was the culmination of a week of training at altitude for the Swans.
The squad returns to Wales on Monday, with friendlies to follow at Neath (18 July), Llanelli (19 July) and Port Talbot (25 July).
Swansea then embark on their tour to Holland, which kicks-off on 29 July with a game against Stormvogels Telstar. |
