Yes we most certainly rode our luck on the south coast having twice come from behind, as well as seeing a Bournemouth third being ruled out for offside and surviving a VAR shout on the 97th minute equaliser when Joel Piroe wasn't ruled as affecting the sightline of Cherries keeper Djordje Petrovic.

Daniel Farke named an unchanged side from the one that beat Wolves on Saturday.

The German often leaves we mere mortals guessing as to whether or not Leeds will go full-throttle on the attack or adoot the cautious approach, particularly as Andoni Iraola's parting shot is intention on getting Bournemouth into Europe.

The first hour was a familar pattern, I felt we had a go but struggled to get our front-men involved. Although Karl Darlow was busy, I don't think he was overtly troubled bar on a couple of occasions when
Evanilson came close with a volley and unmarked Ryan Christie forced the Welsh keeper into saving with his leg.

But the game came to life around the hour mark when Marcos Senesi sent Kroupi clean through and the young Belgian claimed his 11th of the season.

This provoked an instant response from Leeds, Farke boosted his attacj by bringing on Lukas Nmecha for Jaka Bijol. Nmecha looked strong and confident on the ball. As Leeds pressed, Okafor burst through past Petrovic but hit the post.

Okafor made way for Willy Gnonto shortly after and the Italian had a hand in the equaliser when after ping-pong in the Bournemouth box the Italian lashed in a shot which cannoned off James Hill.

On 74 former Leeds midfielder Tyler Adams entered the fray, the USA International roundly booed and jeered from the away end, however he appeared to get the last laugh when he set up yet another talented teanage striker Rayan to send Bournemouth up to sixth as things stood.

That appeared to be set in stone when Evanilson cooly finished off a third which was chalked off for offside, the attacker's shoulder adjudged to be offside. Bournemouth's discontent was further amplified when sub Sean Longstaff lashed home a 97th minute equaliser and although Joel Piroe looked to be offside he was adjudged not to be within the sightline of their keeper.

Farke talked of a priceless point afterwards. The result confirmed Burnley's return to the Championship, the Clarets are our next league opponents. With the nine point gap between us and 18th restored lets look forward to Wembley on Sunday and hope we havent used all our luck our tonight!
