There is a silly lie circulating that being Irish also means you are automatically a Man U fan but thousands of whites' from both sides of the Irish Sea will gather to watch United, that's Leeds United of course.

Leeds embark on a "mini-camp" in the Emerald Isle and first stop is Tolka Park, a regular pre-season stop-off point to face Shelbourne.

A bumper crowd is expected for the visit of Simon Grayson's 23-man squad. The notable absentee's are Richard Naylor, Rui Marques and Niel Kilkenny all nursing injuries. Tresor Kandol is apparently "working on his fitness" according to LUFC.com.

The official website also report that Alan Sheehan and Mike Grella who both missed Friday's 1-1 draw at York have travelled and there arer a handful of youngsters in the party including Tom Lees, Liam Darille, Tom Elliot and Aiden White.

Notably Messers Beckford and Delph have also travelled, Delph today subject to fresh speculation linking him with Aston Villa.

Fans lucky enough with tickets may also catch a glimpse of long-term illness vitim Enoch Showunmi, who was laid-low with a blood-clot on his lung for seven-months and forgotten fans favourite David Prutton.

Tonight's game kicks off at 7.45pm and Leeds finish in Belfast on Saturday when Glentoran are our hosts.
