Last Saturday Home Game At 3pm For Four Months
Friday, 19th Dec 2014 12:52

With Saints game against Liverpool being changed due to the Reds being in the Europa League the game against Everton will be a rareity.

After the fixture against Everton Saints will now not have a home game on a Saturday with a 3pm kick off till March 21st when with god willing (or at least Sky) we will meet the Clarets at the traditional Saturday kick off time.

Indeed between Leicester on November the 8th and the Burnley clash, tomorrow against Everton will be our only 3pm Saturday home in that period unless we get an FA Cup tie.

Indeed as it stands between that leicester game and West Brom away on February 28th tomorrow, Burnley and possibly QPR away on 7th February will be the only time we run out on 3pm Saturday from a total of 15 fixtures in the premier league.

I am usually the most logical, rational non mumbo-jumbo believing supporter, however if I am right we have not lost a 3pm home game this season (I realise we lost at Burnley at that time last week) which is hopefully a good omen and I am willing to cling on to anything at this point!
