Sneak preview of Saturday's programme

Rochdale AFC’s matchday programme – The Voice of Spotland – is back for Saturday’s game against Morecambe, and as always we bring you a sneak preview of what you can expect to read in there.

The bumper 60-page issue contains everything you’ve come to expect of the Dale programme.

There are the serious and not-so-serious articles, as well as a fine selection of action pictures from the Rotherham and Brentford games taken by photographer Daniel Youngs.

Keith Hill looks back at Tuesday’s game with Barnet, while there is an exclusive interview with Keith Hill and Gareth Griffiths, who pay tribute to former Dale midfielder Ernie Cooksey.

A player from the 1920s comes under the eye of our caricaturist, while we find out which player got 9 A* grades in his GCSEs.

Scrutator looks at the handbook required to be a Dale fan, while Travellers Tales returns with a review of the match at Brentford.

We have a Dale-related quiz to test the grey matter and a look back five years to a depressing Good Friday.

Visitors Morecambe get four pages of coverage, while the ‘100 Years of Rochdale AFC’ article returns, with an in-depth look at the 2004/05 and 2005/06 seasons.

All this and much, much more will be in Saturday’s The Voice of Spotland, on sale in the Club Shop and around the ground, still priced at £2.50.
