Hit For Six Anyone?
Hit For Six Anyone?

I wasn't going to bring this beauty out ahead of the Cheshire derby on Saturday afternoon but what the eck.  Boxing Day 2005.  A six nil thrashing of our local rivals Stockport County.

A Clyde Wijnhard and Jon Parkin double, John Miles and Martin Bullock scored the goals whilst Paul Harsley missed a penalty in front of 4,553 fans at the Moss Rose.  You can see the action below.  Just don't show this to County fans.

Shouldn't have been a red card for Bramble!

The lad hacked Swailes down. A terrible tackle and deserved the red card. Totally forgot about Harsley missing a penalty. It could have been 7-0! You got off lightly that day.
