There are reports emerging in Portugal that the deal for Porto's centre half Eliaquim Mangala. The Frenchman has made 51 appearances in his 3 seasons at Porto.
The deal is said to be in the region of 40 million Euro's!
If true Mangala will be the second Porto player to join City this summer after The Blues snapped up the Brazillian Fernando.
