Martin Demichelis will reportedly sign a new 12-month contract with City in the near future. The 33-year-old's current deal at the Etihad is up at the end of the season but City are keen for him to stay.
Demichelis says he is happy to sign a new deal when the club present him with the offer.
"I'm playing every game, every two to three days, so I'm just enjoying it and taking it game by game," he told the Manchester Evening News.
"I would be happy to stay this year and then one more year because I think I will still have the quality to play at this level."
Martin started his playing career at River Plate before playing for Bayern Munich,Málaga and Atlético Madrid before signing for City in September 2013.
