Vetch Box Set For Christmas?

Sales of the Vetch Field box set are going well with now almost half of the limited edition set being reserved ready for when they come out at the end of the season.

As a reminder, there will only be 1000 of these produced and once they have all been reserved then there will be no second production so anyone wanting one is encouraged to obtain it as soon as possible.

A deposit of £50 will reserve you one of these box sets and reports are that numbers are now moving quickly as people reserve them for Christmas presents with many more expected to go within the next few weeks.

Swans director David Morgan adds "As this is being produced by a group of Swans fans with the backing of the club we expect these to become very sought after in years to come and they are very high quality items. I cannot urge Swans fans strongly enough the importance of reserving the box set now, as it will be too late when the 1000th one has been sold. I have reserved mine as I don't want to be one of those to miss out"

The box set has come in for some criticism due to the price but looking at the snippets from the DVD (available at this link) it does make you realise that you probably do want one.

• A historical book that tells the story of the Vetch.

• A DVD packed with tales of heroes, zeros, tears and smiles including interviews and tales of the past and present. As well as the last season at the Vetch through a fans eye

• Virtual Vetch tour

• A Gren original print

• A special ink sketch

• A Vetch Field momento

• A reproduction of the first and last Vetch programmes
