The problem we have is np doesn’t know his best side and all this chopping and changing is not helping as it didn’t last season, the problem is we sold too many players so puel and mp both have had one hand tied behind their back
I think puel was harshly treated as I think mp is now I do not blame the managers I blame higher up
Mp needs a transfer window to try to address but we would be foolish sacking him as we did with puel we need to root out the cause

Goals win matches, possession counts for nothing.

Oh dear! I know it's a feeble excuse but they did look tired after two very demanding games. Holloway had talked of making changes and maybe should have made more than just Lynch for Cousins. Our midfield trio have deservedly won plaudits this season but perhaps Manning deserved a run out. Luongo in particular has worked his socks off this season and although Freeman is our most creative player he is running into more and more cul de sacs in his desperation to get onto his left foot. Also have to say Warburton had done his homework. Forest, clearly a decent team, especially on the break, consistently played balls behind the wing backs who were too often caught up field. Baptiste has been a revelation but when forced to cover the right back position his lack of pace was horribly exposed, as it had been for Wolves goal last week. Washington hardly got a look in and although Smith added a bit of forward strength in the second half it was only marginal. For the first time this season Rs ran out of spirit in the second half.

Bob Barton now sounds like a genius. We need to get rid of this buffoon immediately before our situation becomes irrecoverable, which it almost is already.

Sorry to say another pathetic performance from a team set up to fail. You now get the feeling this cr×p is all we are going to get from Mr Pelican, unless we can put out a team that knows where the goal is and l can't see it happening we are in deep doodah.Forster has to be replaced but that won't happen and how Tadic holds his place l never know, still l would like to be more optimistic but l am not.

All of us supporters have known, or feared, for a long time that the more of Long, Redmond, Tadic and Boufal you start at the same time, the less likely you are to score. Lo and behold today we get all 4 of them starting! . We've also known or feared that something has happened to our goalie and that his antics basically cost us points. Lo and behold he gets to keep his place agian. These are things that the manager should know, surely!!! but he doesn't seem to. He also seems to have no idea how to turn things around. But the most galling part about him is that he seems 100% committed to his own unsuccessful choices and decisions. I don't know if sacking him is the answer, but surely nobody can look at this team this season and say with a straight face that it's going in the right direction or that 'results will come.' Lo and behold, that's exactly what MP says.
