QPR Reserves beat Gillingham, 2-1 this afternoon, in a game played at the club's Harlington Training Ground.

With the first team in action last night, it was a young looking R's second string, came from behind to beat Gillingham 2-1 at Harlington this afternoon. The current state of the Loftus Road pitch was obviously why the training ground was used for the game today.

The R's were dominant in the first half, but it was Gillingham who took the lead just after the break, through Godfrey. But Rangers continued to be dominant and were level 15 minutes later through Angelo Balanta. After earlier hitting the crossbar, Josh Parker got what proved to be the winner with 10 minutes to go.

QPR Reserves: Cole, Ramage, Borrowdale, Maguire (Ehmer, 86), Harris (Olley, 86), Brown, Parker, Oastler, German (Sylvan-Vanterpool, 51), Rose, Balanta. Subs Not Used: Putnins, Wright.

QPR Reserves are next in action, away at Lewes on Wednesday 4th March with a 7pm kick off.
