It will also mean that for the coming 24 hours, everybody on the playing staff at Carrow Road, and thousands of Norwich City supportrs right across the globe will know exactly what three points can mean tomorrow evening.
Tuesday's fixtures, without being unkind to Scunthopre, or Preston; Burnley or Coventry; or Ipswich or Watford will have no impact whatsoever on the top six. Next Saturday, while Norwich visit Hull, Swansea play host to Notts Forest, with both sides out to make amends for yesterday.
