We should be used to teams now coming to White Rock Liberty Stadium now to try for a point. Oldham did it a couple of weeks back and it is rumoured that Chesterfield will do so this weekend despite their lofty league position. It is believed that they will place a 3-seater sofa at the back, two occasionals in midfield and just a single seater up front. Okay, that was terrible but I'm kind of out of practice on these things - can we play more matches to keep me in the swing of things?

Chesterfield fans will be happy to find themselves travelling into South Wales this weekend. The forecast in their town is for a Westerly wind to be blowing meaning that the smell of Moansfailed will be pungent there this weekend and it is believed that many will make the journey extra early on Saturday to avoid the smog.

It will be a strange weekend at White Rock Liberty Stadium as Stewards have been instructed to filter out anyone going against Lee Trundle's image rights deal. There are many rules now in force for the game and relevant payments to Lee for the improper use of his image

1. Wearing of a shell suit is a £10 payment

2. The stealing of any hub cap is a £20 payment

3. The taking of a ball and rolling around the shoulders is a £50 payment - this actually applies to any player in world football who does this

4. The use of his name in conversation is £2.50 and in song it becomes £5.00

5. His autograph can be obtained in photocopy format at a cost of £3.00 plus VAT from the club shop, the turnstiles, the bars and the toilets - basically anywhere other than the red tarmac around the stadium.

Speaking of that red tarmac, I was walking on it after the game against Oldham when it kicked me. Not once, not twice, but several times. I reported it to a steward who was uninterested as he said there was little he could do as it is a cyclepath. (Sorry!)

The five points above are very tongue in cheek of course and to be honest we have no real issue in the club giving the image rights deal to Lee although we remain to be convinced that it came down to a straight choice between him and Shaun Macdonald!!!

For the team news for us ahead of the game at White Rock Liberty Stadium you have the good news that everyone is apparently fit. A rare luxury at any ground let alone White Rock Liberty Stadium but Kenny has a full squad to choose from. Bar of course Mr Gurney who is at Swindon but then he wouldn't play anyway and we know it.

For Chesterfield we don't care about their team news but they beat Bristol City this week and allegedly are playing really really well at the moment so we will have to be careful out there as we don't want anybody beating us at home.

Other than that, this is what we kind of call a match preview. The game kicks off at White Rock Liberty Stadium at 3.00pm and it's be there or be square kind of thing you know. Or as Chesterfield fans say, be there or be chair.
