Can Saints repeat their finest hour now they face Manchester United again at Wembley, this time in the League Cup.

Manchester United as expected came through their second leg with Hull City victorious, but it wasn't an easy night with Hull taking the lead and United seemingly safe after an equaliser before the Tigers roared again and scored to set up a grandstand finish, but it was not to be and United although losing 2-1 on the night triumphed 3-2 on aggregate.

Now they will look to gain revenge for that 1-0 defeat 41 years ago when the meet Saints at Wembley in the League Cup final.

But will this be a lucky omen and will we once again be the thorn in their side as once again a controversial United manager seeking to win his first Old Trafford trophy finds Southampton FC standing in his way.
