A new look panel of magazine editor and occasional LFW columnist Ash Rose, PA journalist Simon Peach and comedy writer Charles Lawley joined host David Fraser for this week's podcast.

The guys were joined on the phone by former QPR goalkeeper Tony Roberts who now coaches the goalkeepers at Rangers' Premier League rivals Arsenal.

On the Green and Cesar situation Roberts said: "In the Premier League every manager has got a depth in goalkeepers at the club. Mark felt he wanted competition for Green and he went out and got Cesar. It's one of those situations, I say to the goalkeepers here, you've got to be on your metal every day - good training, good performances to stay in the team - because you always have somebody good behind you trying to replace you.

"You need to have competition to bring the best of you. Rob has felt hard done by, he came back with a great performance at Sunderland , while the other boy is injured it's his chance to shine."
