Lopes To Lille

City midfielder Marcos Lopes has been loaned to French side Lille for the season. The 18 year old who is seen as one of City's brightest prospects will be playing in France's Ligue 1.

Lopes played four times last season, all in the domestic cup competitions. Lopes confirmed the loan move via twitter.

In other news City are said to be closing in on a deal for Argentine midfielder Bruno Zuculini, according to his current side Racing Club. City are set to tie up a £1.5million switch when his contract expires at the end of the month.
