Guy,s can anyone tell me of his scouting system 23:06 - Nov 13 with 1525 views

What is Guys and and Pompey's scouting system. The players he has are poor quality. Moutaouakil cannot mark,pass and energy levels are shocking. Why do they play these players when we have young eager players who are hungry for the game and to prove themselves. Give them a chance and don;t chastise them for a couple of mistakes. Coached well surely this is the direction the club wants to move. Years ago a brave knowledgeable coach named Roberto Martinez convinced his team,Swansea to play football. If the fans try to see us constructively play football they can take a few losses and see a vision. Guy is limited and we need a new captain at the helm. Stop being so sentimental about an ex stalwart and do the right thing and hire the right man.
