Striker Craig Curran has returned to Spotland after a two month loan spell at Conference North side Chester.

Curran was sent on loan to Chester after falling down the pecking order at Spotland. With competition up front from five other strikers, Curran was the one not picking up first team football leading to his loan switch.

His move to Chester was a massive success, with seven goals in eleven appearances as the Cestrians continued to lead the table in their bid to return to the Blue Square Premier.
