Roberto Martinez confirms his interest in Liverpool's Adam Hammill

The Western Mail had reported that the Swans were ready to turn to Hammill after missing out on Paul Anderson and Martinez told BBC Sport "Adam Hammill is one of a number of players we have been following"

Hammill is a wide player who has a season of Championship experience behind him having spent last season on loan at Southampton.   The early morning press reports though also suggested that Charlton, Wolves and Preston were interested together with Aberdeen.  Hibernian have also previously been linked with a move for the youngster.

Martinez also commented on the news that Darryl Duffy was in talks with Bristol Rovers adding "There has been a lot of interest in Darryl in recent weeks

"But there are other issues to consider and nothing has been concluded."
