Refwatch: Blackpool v Dale

County Durham referee David Webb is the man in the middle for Dale’s game at Blackpool on Tuesday.

Mr Webb has been a regular at our games since joining the National List in 2008 and this will be his 14th Dale appointment in total.

We last saw him in March at Scunthorpe, where an injury-time daisy-cutter condemned Dale to a 2-1 defeat.

David also refereed last season’s FA Cup third round tie at Barrow and Dale’s opening day 3-2 home loss to Peterborough.

Other notable Dale games overseen by Mr Webb are the 5-0 defeat at Barnsley in May 2015 and the excellent 2-2 home draw with Brighton in April 2011.
