Vale will find themselves pitted against either Dartford or Leiston in the first round of The FA Cup, the two non-leaguers will be having a replay to discover who will have the honour of hosting us.
Given our often shoddy performances against non-league opposition in the FA Cup this is not particularly good news, although surely we can not disgrace ourselves against teams this far doen the footballing ladder. But lets not speak to soon...
Canvey Island, Chasetown, Enfield, Ford Utd, Scarborough. Just a few names that have caused us huge embarrassment in this competiton, surely it won't be happening again!
I've been to Leiston, it's right next door to Sizewell - the nuclear power plant. The locals are walk around with a 'Ready Brek Glow' around them, and simply are not normal. There is, however, a very decent boozer - the name of which escapes me - but if my memory serves me right it's right next to the beach. Anyway, I'm backing Leiston, purely on the strength that I've actually been there.
