Its come to my attention that a large number of Saints fans dont know what time the game is kicking off against Stoke City on Sunday afternoon.

Given that this is a full programme of Premier League fixtures and they all need to start at the same time, there is some confusion about what time this actually is, many have assumed that its 3pm, but they would be wrong, others have thought that they would be lunchtime kick offs as was the recent final day of the Championship, but they would also be wrong.

The actual kick off time for all the games, including of course Saints game against Stoke City is 4pm.

Hopefully everyone will soon be aware of it and we wont be hearing tales of woe on Monday, although given that the kick off is later rather than earlier, anyone who isnt sure will just get there earlier than usual.

jonrog added 16:43 - May 15 If they do get to the match on time my only hope is that we do not have the pitch invasion at the end. Seeing how good it is for the players to walk around the pitch at the end with their kids as happened at Old Trafford and Everton at the weekend just reminded how disappointed I have been for the last couple of seasons as fans run on to the pitch and then do and see what? Selfish all of them.

ardashuxford added 23:15 - May 15 arfurdent - I'm going to tell her. Anyway I'm sick to bloody death with having to celebrate promotions every bloody year by trampling across the sacred turf, it would make a nice change to sit and admire the parenting skills of our beloved team for a change.

Horndeansaint added 10:37 - May 16 I will be on the pitch, along with thousands of others whose only chance to worship the sacred turf at first hand is after the end of the last game. Where do you sit, we will all give you a wave. Besides, who would want to miss the fun when the stewards pick on one young lad to have a wrestling match with, only to let him go when the tide breaks and they realise that their task is impossible?

aceofthebase added 13:43 - May 16 So the POX has no loyalty to the club and will run if cortese leaves. What a big mistake to get rid of Adkins whose heart was totally with Saints. Chaos at Southampton once more, what a joke club it has become. The only loyal people are the fans who have to endure this nonsense.

ardashuxford added 10:05 - May 18 There will always be politics going on, this was all about getting the best deal for the future of our club, which has now been achieved. Adkins was a good manager and will hopefully succeed at Reading, but Pochettino is more tactically aware, has improved team performances and will attract a better class of player to the club, as the next few months will prove.
