Saints fans who go to St Mary's this afternoon for the game against FC Koln look set to get their first sighting of summer signing Moussa Djenepo who looks likely to get some game time at some point.

Moussa Djenepo only arrived at the club in the past week or so after being given a break once his participation in the African Nations cup was over.

Whilst the squad went off to various friendlies Djenepo was at Staplewood going through the initial fitness checks etc in preparation for finally joining his team mates in action.

That looks to be this afternoon's game against FC Koln with most Saints supporters getting their first sighting of not only Djenepo but also Che Adams.

There is a buzz about Djenepo in the supporter base, although a year ago there was a similar feeling about Moi Elyounoussi after a decent run out in the St Mary's friendlies.

That means it looks like being a decent crowd for the visit of the German club and a bigger walk up than usual is expected, so the advice is get there a little earlier than usual.
