United's reserves have won the Essex Senior Cup after beating AFC Hornchurch 2-1 in the final. Youth Freddie Ladapo scored both goals.

The teenage striker came off the bench to rescue the U's after Hornchurch took the lead early in the second half.

The win sees the club hold the trophy for the first time in their history.

U's: Williams, White, Bender, Okuonghae (Baldwin 46), Heath, Elito (Hamilton 85), Hackney, Corcoran, Beevers, Arnott, Rafter (Ladapo 60).
