Would love to know if that turnaround and point saved was down to JS ripping them new assholes at half time or the players getting together and saying this is not good enough .
Either way it worked because there is very little doubt that would be a loss last year.
New Manager same slow starts last 2 years ( Marti is still guilty of this at LC and they are not recovering results) but we appear to have the ability/players to come back and save points which is progress IMO
This thread is facinating btw loving the comments shows a lot of passion in QPR fan base |

Excellent honest report on a pathetic first half and much improved second thankfully .
Imagine if we had survived until half time scoreless we could have scraped an ugly win.
Man Utd had Fergie time when they scored multiple goals after the full time whistle should have blown .QPR have the opposite giving away goals time after time seconds before the half time whistle its just baffling how we keep doing that .
Still 4 points out of 6 so far and we all would take the same next week |

I have been posting for a while about the big worry Burrell will get hurt from not all the game time/huge effort he produces but he is now well known to every oposition player and they will simply target him to take him out .
JS is being touted as an excellent 3 game per week manager but he is dropping the ball in this regard IMO .Rest Burrell against WBA then play him against SW where he can really do damage . |

Thanks Boston really liked that interview he is a true Captain not afraid to point the finger at the squad when they underperform.
Loved the line "this team is on its own journey " not burdened by past Boxing day defeats.
We pulled out a point most fans will take it and be happy lets get ready for the next battle |

We discussed this last year I think but our meal is pretty much this like Boston but we have Virginia Smoked spiral ham and turnips mixed with onions or carmalized to give it the proper name.Carrots and parsnips together really confuse the Yanks but are delicious.Nobody here ia able to attempt roast potatoes so we stick to Champ (northern Ireland mash with scallions,milk and Kerrygold I normally produce this one) Buttered crossiants before we devour the main course then my favorite ice cream cake with Barrys tea to wash it all down

Excellent preview as usual but this ones digs deeper into thr QPR quagmire and the hope we might be finally coming out of this depression is really uplifting at this moment
Friday is huge and I fully expect us to go there and win then continue on for the next few games .

Excellent point as usual Nix and for the first time in years we have options.
Watched an excellent video from Hoops and Dreams last night and they showed our probable line up for Friday then followed it up a second 11 including Chair and it was amazing the choices we have with those 22 players.What a lovely change it bodes well for the winter slog .
How do we feel about Nardi ,is he getting screwed over by the club or is that simply the role of a back up keeper now |

Totally off topic but I now just literally read Snoop Dogg has a share of Swansea and is joined as part owner with Modric by 84 year old Martha Stewart his close friend.Wonder if she loves Doggy Style his biggest selling album ever 
As for wrapping gifts my wife EXCELS at this torture and comes alive this time every year its actually impressive.
Me I just buy gift cards or have them wrapped in the store have neither time or patience to attack that project |

Did not want to mention this but you did so thank you.Just a footnote on a brilliant afternoon for us but Hamer and his reaction save attempt showed his rust/recovery from injury.
Now once again I just watched on tv but it looked like he should have been able to spring back up faster and claw that rebound away to my eyes.Would love to hear the opinion or those close or behind the net .
As for QPR not getting 6 or 7 not sure if JS called off the dogs or just naturally slackened off but we did have multiple chances so its all good |

Brilliant report again even better for the ones all over the world watching their screens ,celebrating alone without the surge of bodies when we scored .
Magical day at LR and yes it does appear this team is very tight knit and well managed despite the few 3 game weekends implosion .
Without question QPR were highly motivated and for one of the few times ever we ripped the other team to shreds and could have scored 6 or 7 .Happy Days indeed |

Not childish or funny to me reading it without context.A man of advancing years watching his team not bothering anybody gets taunted by young people to such an extend he does not appear to enjoy his team for a full half .He paid for his ticket ,dresses warm (that was a miserable foggy game right) and was too frightened/ashamed,embarrased to watch them destroy us I wonder if its you and your son and his friend should have known better . |

Sorry if its been discussed or posted but what happened to the points deduction Leicester City have coming their way or will they walk away free and easy.
I think if they get that deduction Marti will stay and rebuild but if they skate he might get the ax and a big name come in.

Dont worry about it not everybody can type or spell or use correct grammer but its all about connecting to other QPR fans around the World.
Last Saturday the slop they produced was pathetic and deserved critisim and today the stunning football they produced incredible so they deserve praise .
Just week to week for all of us but I think we have something special this year |

Pretty fair interview ,gave credit to us and had warned his team what to expect at Loftus Road which they ignored thankfully haha.
One question about their slow starts and giving up lots of early goals caught my attention.Going off memory we had multiple games where we were non existant in the first half and managed to fight back sometimes under Marti ,maybe he is not the master motivator after all |

Strange nothing all season now 2 penalties against us and 1 for us in the last two games maybe we will have some more fireworks from the spot in the Spring.
Sets us up beautifully for the Christmas/ New Year glut of fixtures.

I actually came across a thread on Yahoo last week out of the blue from a West Ham supporter and they loved the draw.Very complementary about QPR calling us a good old club and looking forward to the battle but expecting to win.
Today is stunning and it shows something was wrong last year and appears to be better now.

Really enjoyed that and loved the middle part so thanks for that .Regardless of Forum Threads we are all here because we support QPR and its a life long blessing/curse that will probably outlast a few of us and has already done so.
I always log on Christmas day its perfect timing being 6 hours behind and waiting for the dinner to finally be cooked.Happy Christmas to everybody on here and lets stuff Marti's team tomorrow we need the win more IMO |

Maybe the complete domination by Celtic and Rangers is finally over and Scottish football would be better for it .
Love to see both superpowers taken down a few pegs and open the door to lesser financied teams to get a bite of the apple .
